Lately, Manager IO is giving so much updates. I am recording transactions as per tracking codes. However, with the changes happening when i check the IO tracking codes are all gone.

How to bring back the tracking codes. Tracking codes are all important especially when we are monitoring the department amd project expenses. Please advice what to to woth this. Some changes are not applicable to us. I hope geographical location must be considered when there will be changes or updates in the system because some are not applicable.

What is the “IO?” Where are the tracking codes missing? When are they missing? A recent change has them appearing as they become applicable on entry screens.

There are no geographical differences in Manager. The same program is used worldwide.

Kindly check, the tracking codes are usually located at the right corner (encircle in yellow)

The updates cause a tremendous effect on my financial reporting because all expenses are departmentalize.

What can you suggest to bring back the tracking codes!

Once you select expense account, then tracking code field will be revealed.
