TLS error sending email

Hi
I have setup my email settings to use a microsoft 365 account, when I test the settings a test email is sent successfully.

When I try and send an invoice via email it fails with the message.
An error occurred while attempting to establish an SSL or TLS connection. The server’s SSL certificate could not be validated for the following reasons: • The server certificate has the following errors: • The revocation function was unable to check revocation for the certificate.

I am running desktop version 25.4.3.2227

Thanks

I think it is because of Norton Antivirus email scanner. It scans outgoing SMTP messages and decrypts TLS using it’s own certificate. There is an article from Norton on how to import this certificate into Outlook for example, I assume I need to do the same for Manger. I tried to import it into Edge as a trusted root certificate but that didn’t work.

Is there a way to import this certifcate so manager can use it?

Thanks

It works when you do this:

  1. Go to Norton Manager
  2. Click settings
  3. Antivirus
  4. Go to tab e-mail protection
  5. Switch of: Scan outgoing emails (SMTP)
