Tell me what the little pictures are when I have tool bar across the top

I am not sure how to describe this but , When I have manager small and have the tool bar across the top when I hove over a picture could we please have something to tell us what it is.
Hopefully the picture below explains it . You can see a picture greyed out because that’s what I was stopped my hover on. You can not see my curser/hand as it would not do a screen shot only a snipping tool.

So as you can see I have to click on each one to get to the one I want this case it was capital accounts

Oh Thank you so much. Was working from an excel spreadsheet to manager. Side by side using windows + arrow key for left and same for right
