Talking about customer ( who using manger) not customer thing.
I mean customized invoice editing field setting up options for a pre printed invoice.
Only have some theme and not able to edit the fields as per the choice of the user for their pre-printed invoices.
We’ll, it seems from your series of complaints in two threads that Manager may not be the software for you.

i think its simple, in above example, when you say (tick choose) tax inclusive, means tax is calculated within the paid amount, no additional is added. Saled of AED100 when tax inclusive is overall 100 only. (means tax is already included in the 100) , if you wanted 100+ tax, then you should not tick choose option ‘tax inclusive’, so the invoice will show sale =100, Vat =5, total = 105.
