There is a mistakes in the vat tax account ,
For an example invoice amount 100 $ including vat tax 5% so the equation Will be
95.24 net sales + 4.67 tax = 100 including vat and that what the invoice showing, however in the tax account it shows 5 $ as a vat tax, then the sum of tax also follow the same!!
You seem to be referring to differences that occur based on tax-inclusive versus tax-exclusive pricing. Read the Guide: Choose between tax-exclusive and tax-inclusive prices | Manager. This has been discussed countless times in the forum. Please search for other discussions.
If you still believe there is a mistake, post screen shots of the Edit screen of a relevant transaction and a drill-down on your tax liability account.
