Tax liability account not visible

I paid Liability of Tax to Government Authority and want to made an entry of payment but when go to the account tab no tax liability shows in accounts tan also when i go to general entry nothing show tax liability account. How i null the tax amount to zero which show un summery tab. I attach screen shot for your reference.

You have most probably not created a Tax Liability account as explained here Create and use tax codes | Manager

The built-in tax liability account is only a place holder and should not be used

Had you searched the guides and/or the forum you would have found the answer yourself
