If you go to Settings - Tax Codes - New Tax Code - New Custom Tax Code, you can create it for yourself
Yes, I could use “New custom tax code” but since almost every other country has its taxes codes builded in, I though it would be nice to have Peru´s codes included. Come on, we are not a far, far, far away country,
