Yesterday I was busy with stocktake and when I went back to my production orders it suddenly displayed insufficient stock for items, however there is stock of those items. I tried restarting. Also there is items on my stock sheet that was hidden before suddenly. Lastly some of my items on my stocks sheet’s purchase history has disappeared. Hoe can I fix this.
you need to provide sufficient details if you expect help on the forum.

and please use terminologies as available in the program always. what exactly do you mean by stock sheet? there is no such thing in Manager.
I do not know to IT terminology. See screen shots attached. Displaying insufficient
stock for macadamia gb flour, but on the stock sheet or item it shows 9kg in stock.
what i meant was use the terms available in Manager. for example, mention Inventory items tab instead of saying stock sheet.
you did not provide details about your Manager version. have you updated to the latest version 21.10.33 and checked if the issue persists?
I have the cloud edition and thought it updates automatically. If not how must I go about updating the software?
cloud edition is always updated automatically. but you can force update by doing a cloud server restart at https://cloud.manager.io/
I did that now, but still the same problem persist.
all your production orders show Insufficient Qty. is the same inventory item DRY082 causing the issue in all of them?

Please find attached. This is not the only issue I have on the system. I am attaching screen shots of where you see stock 4 boxes as 0, displaying no purchases, but I attach screen shot of purchase.
as per your screenshots there are also issues with production stages. please follow instructions in the guide Manage production stages | Manager to correct them.
Will the production stages fix the problem?
What about the second problem as per the screen shots with the boxes?
