I love the divisional comparison columns on the P&L statement, but is there a way for Manager to sum all the rows to get a “net” value? I know I can copy and paste into Excel but it would be better if Manager can do it.

You misunderstand the comparative column concept in the P&L report. All additional comparative columns are compared with the first column. Therefore the rows can not be summed in Manager.
I think this will be solved when division groups are implemented. This way you can have a column for division group (in your case sales + support).
