The developer had stated they intended to implement Division Groups over a year ago, but it’s not live yet. It would look like:
- Division A
- Sub-division A1
- Sub-division A2
For now, I don’t believe there is a better solution than what you are doing. Using multiple divisions for a single customer can quickly run into problems (like I did).
