My local jurisdiction regarding duplicate tax invoice issue is that if a registered person claims to have lost the original tax invoice, the supplier may provide a copy clearly marked “copy only”.
To meet the jurisdiction requirement, currently I have to print, mark “copy only” manually and then scan it.
Can the software be improved to mark the duplicate copy with “copy only” automatically after the original copy emailed or printed? Just like " Over Due" Stamp?
