Subscribe to what? Only the cloud edition requires subscription, and you can trial it for free. It is all on the website.
All support is via the forum.

Click the Customer Service link.
Go to this page https://cloud.manager.io/
Click on start subscription and enter your email.
Make sure you check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see the response in your inbox.
You shouldn’t have any issue with this at all.
