There is a matter i think some people spoke before about it , but really it is need to be solved as standards by adding deduction field in pay slips (loans deduction) , and adding staff loans as a tap outside , when employee take amount advance from his salary , it must recorded as staff advances account and determine how it must be deducted .

That can be done easily enough be setting up the appropriate accounts and payslip items
