Special characters on my Bank recon report

Hi all, my bank recon report is displaying this special character. I tried both in my PC and Mac. What seems to be the problem with my settings? I Am using cloud 22.9.15.396.

This looks to be similar to a previously fixed bug: Unrecognized Character in History.
