Why are there no Custom Fields for Special Accounts. These are ‘Special Accounts’ and deserve more than the minimal fields accociated with them.

A bank account is not an account that appears on the chart of accounts, which is what I was referring to. A bank account is a subsidiary ledger of a control account, which does appear on the chart of accounts. The inconsistency is that special accounts, which are also subsidiary ledgers, do not allow custom fields. But that is what the idea I linked is about.
