Like this footer is good for all Sales Invoices.
I’ve seen thousands of invoices in my life, yet I’m waiting to see one that would contain Customer Signature placeholder.
Did you mean sales quotes with this footer? Because that would make sense.
Only for sales invoices, not for sales quotes. If you think Customer signature is not good means remove that one and keep the rest.

OK, I know I’ve said this before and this feature is now overdue but there is going to be ability to modify invoice templates by CSS so it will be possible to really add anything you like in whatever style.
