Showing Entry Date along with Policy Number

When going to the customer and check their entries, showing this Date with the Invoice number in the same cell. most of the time we use excel for cross-checking. Now when I copy to the clipboard I have to remove every date separately from the invoice number cell.
Any Solution?

Use “Text to Columns” in Excel

I use Text to the column but My point is that what is the need to coming Date along with the sales invoice number cell. It has a separate column.
