I need to have a diffent template for my Sales Invoice and PO. Invoice should have bank details but the PO doesnot need that. Now any change i make to the template gets reflected on all tabs.
Assuming your software is up to date, you can create multiple custom themes for different purposes. When viewing either form, click Switch theme.
The objective is not to keep switching themes. If the templates can be assigned permanently for the tabs, it will be uniform. Now I have to manually keep changing themes when I have to mail a PO and then switch back for the Invoice.
Then you could develop one custom theme that incorporated a conditional test for a PO and substituted different formatting or layout. That’s beyond the scope of this forum, though. If I recall correctly, someone posted about that previously on the forum.
