I began a receipt transaction yesterday but didn’t save it. When I tried to save it this morning, I encountered an error. I believe this issue should be investigated.

The only explanation would be that business would be renamed between opening edit form and saving it. The error means business with that business name does not exist anymore.
Anyway, in the latest version (25.10.8.2926) I made it so the error will be more user-friendly.
You are right, the name was changed. I wish I could read meanings from these error pages.
