I am just checking something We have a spare computer that sits between our 2 desks we use it for a shared drive situation z drive it has client folders in it manager is downloaded to each of our computers and the business in each manager point to the z drive . I asked ChatGPT
"so let me understand this I work on a file thats in z drive then I finish and start work on another business. Husband comes along and starts work on the business I finished with does he see the changes I made or do I need to back up each time. And it told me "When you open a business in Manager.io Desktop:

- It is NOT updating the Z drive live
Is this correct? I am a bit confused I assumed that if the business was imported from Z drive it would be the latest data all the time
