Saudi ZATCA QRCode

Hi,

I noticed that after scanning the Saudi ZATCA QR code with the proper app that the date of the invoice in the QR code is the current date of the last time you modified the invoice instead of being the date of the invoice.

Can you please kindly fix this.

Best regards,

Once an invoice got a QR code from the authorities you are not supposed to change/modify the invoice, so if you do so the date will change accordingly but the principle is that you should not change such invoice. You should void it, report the voided one to the authorities and issue a new one if for whatever reason the original invoice needed changing.

According to the ZATCA rules, you shouldn’t update the invoice after issue.

Furthermore, Manager isn’t yet fully compliant with ZATCA rules for billing and that’s why it’s been integrated with eInvoiceMe which can be found under Settings > Obsolete Features.

To fully comply with ZATCA, you need to do all your billing through eInvoiceMe and then Pull Invoices into Manager.

That’s as far as I know about the KSA invoicing, but there seems to be an alternative approach since the integration feature has been placed under Obsolete Features.

Maybe @lubos could provide more insights on this.

Its not about modifying.
If u issue an invoice with an old date which is available by many other applications the QR code will still have the current date instead of the invoice date.
