is any way to follow my sales employee each one with his target jobs done and calculate his bonus automatically like in tax account scenario … when the invocie include tax it apperar in witheholding and for sales when employee sell appear his bonus in his sheet as claim to collect.
The only way now is to use
- Custom fields
- Divisions/projects
If you do not have need for divisions (already using it for something else), you can create your sales agents as divisions and track sales for commission purposes. Projects provide an income and expenditure report so you can use them to track sales by sales agents.
With Custom fields, you will create a custom report to generate a report for computation of commissions.
There may be a better workflow in the future.
