Sales Quote not pulling through figures

[South African Rands] When listing the amounts to be quoted such as: R12.51 after updating the sales quote no values are pulled through, however if i use whole numbers (no cents) such as R12 then the values pull through.

In South Africa we still work with cents as well as the the South African Revenue Service accounts for figure to the last 2 point decimal cent.

Please advise urgently

Could it be an issue with your decimal separator? Go to Preferences and check what’s your decimal separator. If it’s comma, then you have to use comma for decimals.
