I noticed a discrepancy between the Summary P&L from 2025-01-01 to 2025-09-30 and the Report P&L for the same period. Digging into details, I noticed a strange rounding issue:
The only suspense amount is the $21.93 in tax payment fee that I haven’t categorized. There are a few Sales Invoice dated after the end date, no Payslip or entry that would affect the Janitorial Expense account.
Unfortunately, the images show an outdated version of Manager.
@Flakily8674, I would probably test this business file on a the latest version first, if it persists, then this should be promoted to bugs.

It looks like the screen showing the breakdown amounting only to 3900 is the 1 of 1. The screenshot is cut right before that section so I need you to confirm this.
How about the Edit screen for your Summary tab? Please share a screenshot.
Does a normal Balance Sheet from your Reports tab have the same problem?
