Request for Trial Extension or Data Backup for Desktop Review

Hello everyone,

I recently completed the 14-day trial of the Manager.io Cloud version. During the trial period, I was able to explore most of the system; however, due to the complexity of my accounting requirements, I could not fully test and verify all features and workflows within the available time.

I would like to kindly ask if either of the following options might be possible:

  1. An extension of the trial by an additional five days, so I can thoroughly review the remaining functionalities and confirm whether the software fully meets my business needs,
    or

  2. A way to export or obtain a backup of my existing cloud data, so that I can restore and test it in the desktop version of Manager.io for further evaluation.

I would really appreciate any guidance, suggestions, or official clarification on this matter.

You can backup your Cloud business to a suitable folder (local, One Drive, …) and then import it into the Desktop version
