how do I run a report to show me my chart of accounts balances? I want to know how much I am spending and receiving in each account that I set up?

Under the Reports tab, you will see available standard reports for those modules you have enabled. Account balances will be shown on two fundamental, standard accounting reports: Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement. Create a report with the parameters you wish. View or Edit it any time. You can save old reports for historical purposes or create them again as needed.
