Can I turn them off or remove them?
No. In many countries they are required by law.
Would be nice if it was an option to turn off or on like exclude zero balances checkbox.
as my reports go to another system and gets added to more reports and that puts page numbers on to match all report index and I have to go through every time and delete the manager page numbers for each report
