Is there any report or screen to show all financial transaction (through all instruments like payment, receipt, journal vouchers, credit notes, debit notes, etc.) compiled together in a given day or period. In short, the report/screen is expected show to all financial detail and the purpose is to see all the financial changes at a glance.

But, we only want to see just the financial transaction for that given time - no opening & closing balances. Just the financial expenditure & income. I hope you understand what I mean
Further, the ledger transaction would show other irrelevant information not related to financial changes. In short, it’s a sort of all flow in & flow out
Without opening balances, running balances for accounts from the balance sheet make no sense. If you looked at the report more carefully, you would know there are no closing balances other than the running balance after the final transaction.
If you don’t like the format designed by the developer, write yourself a custom report.
Well, you asked for a " report or screen to show all financial transaction…." That is what the General Ledger Transactions report does. Now, it seems you really want something else.
