1. Yes, you can rename the customer. Click the Edit button in the Customers tab for that customer.

2. Yes, you can also add a similar customer. About 2 weeks ago, the ability to clone customers was added to the program. Click the View button in the Customers tab and edit as necessary before creating the new customer.

Yes, it does. There is an Edit button and a View button for every customer:

You cannot do that.

You can add a drop-down list custom field for customers.

Then you can type either local or international in the search box to get the filtered list.
