Release notes are not meant to be a complete record of versions. They only list major changes noticeable by users, such as new features. Most Manager version updates are invisible modifications to the infrastructure of the program. Sometimes, these are in preparation for future features. Sometimes, they are bug fixes. They might also include new Guide links.

A good way to know when to update is to subscribe to the newsletter (on the home page). Do it quickly; the next edition is due very soon.
