The current edition is 23.3.17.716, so maybe you should update and see if the bug has been corrected

For users who have entered alphanumeric references, an alphanumeric sort is correct.
For those who use numeric only references then a numeric sort would be more appropriate.
Many users have requested business controlled prefixes so it is not obvious which is actually best overall.
