Record Export

Can anyone help, when trying to export records from any file - Purchase Invoices, Customers, Suppliers etc, I only get a display on a blue screen and not the normal save as a file routine. This only appers to have stopped working after a latest update.

Any Ideas wuld be appreciated

I am using the Cloud Version 17.5.19

Do you get a window with plain text?

The export method has changed. When you click on the Export button a window opens with the data listed as plain text. You must select the text, copy it, and then paste the data into your spreadsheet program.
