Purchasing and selling in different currencies

Hi, Currently in Australia and we buy stock from china in USD. I have two questions

  1. how do i set up the system in mager to create a purchase order in usd to send to my supplier with not tax gst on it
  2. how do i import the purchase order into the inventory but in AUD with added GST and other expenses such as shipping costs and duty?
