Hi,
For some reason we cannot manually enter a Customers Purchase Order number.
A Drop down Meni Box Shows up but it seletct some random previos PO number.

You must have updated from quite an old version. The order field is now for your internal sales order number. This change was related to introduction of status tracking.
If you want customer’s numbers, you must use a custom field. There are open discussions of this in other topics. Please join one of them. I am closing this topic.
