The Purchase order form fields are not appearing correctly.

I am not sure what you changed, @lubos, but there are still problems with purchase orders in v21.3.10:

Descriptions for inventory or non-inventory items do not fill:

If a description of more than one line is entered, the numbers are vertically centered instead of top-aligned as on all other transaction forms:

Maybe you entered a typo, @lubos. In v21.3.13, the Description field fills. But that number alignment is still incorrect.
The original issue was that some fields did not resize on line items when multiline description has been entered. That has been fixed.
The vertical alignment within fields is just a minior inconsistency which will go away as I work through some internal changes.
