Currently, Audit trail is global across all businesses. The only way to make it exposed in custom reports would be to make audit trail private to each business. Not sure about that. I think audit trail will probably have its own interface.

Why not considering a private audit trial for each business? It will be faster to search and it will not mix things that they don’t fit each other.
