Program will not print (solved)

The Manager program now has an error and fails to print any document on the screen using the PRINT button.

Can anybody give advice please ?

I have just found a work-around using the email button to send a .PDF which i can print out , this works well for the time being , but still the print button causes an error message as above.

It seems this was a Windows problem.

If anyone gets this problem of not being able to print out documents then you will need to update your Windows software to the latest version.

Glad you’ve been able to resolve this issue. I knew this was a problem outside of Manager because the moment you click Print button, Manager passes the job onto the operating system.
