You can do it via let’s encrypt and apache server. Install apache server on your machine, then install let’s encrypt on your machine, then do the proxy steps like here: Configure Apache as a Reverse Proxy Using mod_proxy on Ubuntu | IONOS DevOps Central

There is now Caddy v2. So I assume this installation script is for version 1 and version 2 has different installing workflow. I will need to see what is different, then update the guide.
