Printing header of invoice

Hi when i print on the online system is show on the invoice the header of where software it is

when you print … uncheck the option of Header and footer

when you print … uncheck the option of Header and footer

it is off and it still print it

If you are on cloud edition, please go to https://cloud.manager.io then click Restart Cloud Server button. That will fix the issue.
