My paper size is 4.33’’X8.66’’ how can i change this?

In your printer preferences, that is if it’s drivers support custom paper sizes.
Manager natively supports only A4 and USLetter paper sizes. These are chosen in Email settings. Your operating system and printer drivers may not print Manager documents if you just change a size in your printer driver. If they do, understand that everything will be scaled to a smaller size and may not be readable. Manager has no ability to rearrange fields for display on smaller paper.
