Good day. I am working on Manager, and I don’t have a “preferences” tab at the top of my screen. Or any tab as a matter of fact. I urgently need to change the date format. Please help.
i believe you are opening your business file directly.
you should launch the Manager program to see the Preferences tab.

I have downloaded the version 21.1.9 and the preference tab does not appear when launching the program. how can I solve this?
The Preferences tab has been removed. This was announced in the January newsletter. Whatever you are looking for is now elsewhere. See the relevant Guides.
Moved to Settings so that you can now set different preferences for each business if you have multiple businesses - See Date and number preferences.
