How can I connect to Power BI or Data source / DB to power BI for our dashboard, please be guided briefly to get automated connect data to power BI

You are going have far more initiative than that it you want to succeed.

But the bottom line is you are essentially on your own
Well I do for customers, I open the customer tab
Make sure you see all customers by clicking the largest number down the bottom left
I right click on the screen and go inspect
Then in the pop up you will see Sources tab click on that and somewhere there you will see the link address
If you right click on it it will say copy as link address
Thats what I put into power bi
The only trouble is Manager has to be open BUT I always have manager open along with emails and internet.
