Portal access issue

Good afternoon
I have been working on my manager portal for a few hours, but now suddenly it is unresponsive and I get a time out error on my internet browser. I have tested different browser and internet connections, but no luck. Have also restarted my online server - no success.
This is extremely frustrating as I have multiple clients phoning now complaining they cannot access their books.
Please help urgently!!!
