Urgent network problem

I really need urgent solution. I use CLOUD VERSION but I cannot get the site. the msg as follows:

504 Gateway Time-out

Sounds like a network problem - have you tried any of the services here https://cloud.manager.io/ and in particular the speed test?

Can you go to https://cloud.manager.io and click Restart Cloud Server ?
