Dear I have redo the process and this time “Clearance Status” CLEARED on the Trial mode.
Now please advise i have to link Zatca EGS simply i have to add RELAY in our existing for redirecting system?
And also advise please what is the proess to generate the CCSID OTP.

Please try Invoices from all types of transactions that may occur in your business. It would be best if you could try it in a simulated environment.
If you get problems with a particular invoice, you can share the error you get and also share the resulting txt file for further analysis.
This is important to adjust the system and prevent the same problem from happening again in the future.
Ok Fine, But in our existing manager IO version when i go to update the customer data to enter his more details like, postal code and address etc - i couldn’t find more box to fill up

Try sharing a screenshot of the Customer “Edit Form”, this should have been created during the Integration Setup or Onboarding process.
