Hi, I have to set up a petty account to cash account which I spend money from the bank account from main bank worth 5,000, then transfer it to petty cash to include to my cash on hand however when I received money from bank account then transfer to petty cash the output of my summary is like this.
how can I do like this??

It sounds like you’re doing too many things. You don’t need to click ‘Spend Money’ or ‘Receive Money’ at all.
Just go to the ‘Inter Account Transfers’ tab and do a single transaction, from Bank to Cash. See if that helps?
If it is still incorrect, please post a screenshot of your Bank Accounts and Cash Accounts tabs?
