Can it be possible to create a credit card module or Credit card tab into the Manager IO Chart of accounts? The creation of the credit card account as an Asset is not the correct presentation.
It would be an exact replicate of the bank account module except it would be located as a current liability instead of a current asset.

What you seek can be accomplished by using a control account. See this guide Set up credit cards | Manager and go to the “Liability option” section.
That is not true. It is a matter of personal choice whether a credit card is a liability account or contra asset account. Because it is current, some prefer it to be reported as a contra asset account so a complete picture of cash and cash equivalents appears under a single account title on the chart of accounts.
