How can I open a payment voucher in Manager?
Go to the cash or bank account from which the payment was made. Click on the blue account balance. View the transaction you want to see.

How about the payment voucher is not regarding any sales?
The payment can be for anything. You choose which account to post it to when you create it. If you forget to choose, Manager will dump it to the Suspense account, a definite sign that you did something wrong.
