Opening balance - Foreign exchange

How come EUR is the only one opening positive in the balance sheet while all other currencies are opening negative and closing positive? I watched all other balance sheets and only EUR is opening positive, I think EUR should also open negative.

I use the Manager version 16.5.69

Don’t read too much into whether opening balance is positive or negative. This report is about explaining how foreign exchange gains (losses) were calculated.
