When viewed attachment, Manager shut down, then reopened again, desktop version, please advise

So the attachment cannot be viewed at all?

Attachment view but when i close attachment Manager will close, before that this not happening, i close then i will still on Manager where im working head.. desktop version

What OS are you using?

This is an essential piece of information since this is known issue with Windows 11 as many software are closed by Windows when users close a related file or process.

Please Ignore my previous comment since it was unrelated.

The issue is that attachments are opened in the same tab. I think if the default behavior for opening attachments should be set to open in a new tab.

This should resolve the issue.

For now @Noman_Arif, you can navigate back by either:

  • Going to View > Back

or:

  • Clicking Alt + ā†
